- This field is reported by Icare as the year component of the Complete Successfully event's date.
- Qualification Issued Flag
- Data for this field is determined by Icare from the presence/absence of a Certificate Event. If a certificate event exists for an enrolment, the Flag will be exported by Icare as Yes, if no Certificate Event is present the Flag will be exported as No.
