Enter a Delivery Location
To enter a Delivery Location, select under RTO heading on the menu.
Select from the Delivery Locations box on the left. This will open the Add Delivery Location data entry page.
Complete the fields to add your new delivery location as described below (In this example the delivery location is recorded as a suburb):
- Identifier
- Enter an identifier e.g. 3052
- If you prefer, the Identifier can be set up as an automatically number field. Refer to Automatic Identifiers for more details
- Name
- Enter a name e.g. Parkville
- Address
- Enter an address for the location e.g. Royal Parade, Parkville, 3052
- The address can be as detailed or as simple as you like but you must enter something in the Address 1 line and enter a suburb as a minimum. Refer to Entering Addresses on Icare for further assistance.
