Create Statement of Attainment Rules
If you haven't already done so, you will need to create a Statement of Attainment report in Icare, before establishing any Statement of Attainment rules.
To create a Statement of Attainment rule, select from under on the Menu.
Select from the box on the left. This will open the Add a Statement of Attainment Rule data entry page.
- Course
- Click in the "..." at the end of the Course field and select the Course for which the rule will apply.
- Traineeship/Apprenticeship?
- Leave as Not Stated or select the required option from the list.
- Funding Disclosed?
- Leave as Not Stated or select the required option from the list.
- Report
- Commence typing the name of the desired Statement of Attainment report and then select the report when it appears in the list.
- The report will only be available if it has previously been uploaded into Icare. Refer to create a Statement of Attainment report.
If you wish to have multiple different reports generated, enter the subsequent report(s) in the fields that states Report 2, Report 3.
Click .
Statement of Attainment Rules can be edited or deleted using the options in the box on the left of the page.
