Cancelled event
A Cancelled Event records that an enrolment has been cancelled and will have not any futher data recorded for it.
A Cancelled Event is documented for an entire enrolment cancellation, where as, a Withdrawn Event would be used when a student is withdrawing from selected module(s), but will complete the remainder of the course.
To add a Cancelled Event , navigate to the enrolments page for the desired student.
From the
box on the left, click on .Select Add Event for details).
from the drop down list. This will open the Add Event page. At the top of this page there will be some general details about the enrolment (refer toUnder the heading Cancelled several fields will be available for data entry as shown below. Refer to Add Event for further details on these fields, if required.
- Date
- Trainer
- Subject
- This field will state Cancelled. Leave this as is, or edit it if desired
- Comments
- You may wish to enter the reson for the cancellation in this field.
Under the heading Withdrawn Modules, will be a list of all scheduled modules for which training and assessment are incomplete. Next to each module there will be two data entry fields:
- Attended?
- From the Drop down box, select either Did Not Start or Attended.
- Attended hours
- For all Attended Modules enter in the number of Attended Hours. This figure will be reported to AVETMISS. If the enrolment is for a funded student, the number should reflect the number of hours you would like to claim funding for.
Click
from the box to save the event.
