Add an AAC

If you have a number of Trainees/Apprentice students, it may be useful to record the associated Australian Apprenticeship Centre (AAC) within Icare. This may be particularly helpful if they could be enrolled through one of a number of different AAC's.

To include an AAC in the students enrolment data, the AAC must be entered into Icare.

From the Mangement menu, select Manage AACs which is located under the Set Up heading.

Click on Add an AAC from the AAC box on the left.

Enter the AAC Name, Address, Mailing Address, Phone and e-mail contact details.

Click on Save Changes from the I would like to box on the left.

The AAC will now be available for selection when entering student enrolments.
