Add a School

Some students may also be attending school while enrolled at your RTO. To keep track of the Schools that your students are attending you can record this in the students enrolment on Icare.

A school must be listed in Icare so that a student enrolment can be linked to it.

To add a School, first select Manage Schools which is located under the Employers and Schools heading on the Mangement menu.

Click on Add a School from the Schools box on the left.

Enter the School Name, Address, Mailing Address, Phone and e-mail contact details. For Western Australian Schools you must also include the WA School Number.

Click on Save Changes from the I would like to box on the left.

The School will now be available for selection when entering student enrolments, if you tick the Vet in Schools check box.
