Enable Academic Transcripts
To start using Academic Transcripts you will need to:
Enable Academic Transcript policy
- from the Home page
- click
- click
- tick Academic Transcripts are enabled?
- tick Academic Transcripts are numbered?
- click
Enable automatic numbering
- from the Home page
- click
- click
- highlight the Academic Transcript Number item
- click
- enter the Format and Previous number
- click
Enable the Academic Transcript event
- from the Home page
- click
- click
- highlight the Academic Transcript item
- click
- tick Is Enabled
- click
Add an Academic Transcript report
- from the Home page
- click
- click
- click
- select the template file
- enter the Name & Description as Academic Transcript
- click
- enter the Comment as First Draft
- click
Add an Academic Transcript rule
- from the Home page
- click
- click
- click
- enter Report as Academic Transcript
- click
