AQTF Competency Completion Quality Indicator report
The Competency Completion Quality Indicator report extracts data from Icare to meet the required for the Competency Completion Quality Indicator.
From the Home page, Select from under the Compliance heading.
Select the year for which the Export is required (most frequently this will be the previous calendar year). e.g. 2011
To choose how the data will be reported, select where you wish Icare to select the state from. If you choose Report AVETMISS to, this will collate the data based on the State in which you have chosen to report the AVETMISS data to. Alternatively, you may choose Delivery Location's address or Student's residential address, which will collate the data based on where the training was delivered or where the student lives respectively.
From the box on the left, select . The data will be exported to a temporary Icare folder on your computer desktop, and a summary will be displayed on the Icare AQFT Competency Completion Export Success page.
