To install Icare on your PC select your database type:

MySQL

If your Icare data is stored in a MySQL database then download and install the following components:

  1. MySQL Connector/ODBC

  2. Icare

LocalDB

If your Icare database is stored in a LocalDB database then download and install the following components:

  1. Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Local DB (or 32-bit)

  2. Microsoft SQL Server Native Client (or 32-bit)

  3. Icare

Microsoft SQL Server

If your Icare database is stored in a Microsfot SQL Server database then download and install the following components:

  1. Microsoft SQL Server Native Client (or 32-bit)

  2. Icare

Other downloads

The common Icare installer installs to a user’s local profile. This allows each user to upgrade with out special permissions. If you want Icare installed in Program Files and manage it from a central user with administrator privileges, use the Shared Icare installer.

The component of Icare that talks to the USI Web Services requires .NET Framework 4 or 4.5 installed on your computer. If your PC does not already have this installed then download it from Download .NET Framework 4.5.
